Charleston Gridiron is not just playing games. We are building players and culture thanks to our dedicated Coaches and Development Program. 

We provide a cohesive and consistent framework for player and team development under the direction of Coach Vic.

There is little value in practicing before a game once a week as the practice session becomes a pre-game warm up with little opportunity for development. We see little enduring value in leagues that abandon skills in favor of only games the rest of the season.   

Moreover, most leagues become top-heavy with one or two dominant teams of concentrated talent making leagues less competitive and less fun. While we appreciate young players just want to play the game, our experience shows game-only-centric leagues do little to improve player development both physically and mentally.
